Please note that if you need to cancel your training session, we ask that you give us at least 72 hours notice. Customers who cancel within less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of fees. Customers who cancel within 48 hours notice will be charged 50%. At the time of scheduling, we require a 50% deposit on your training fees to hold the time slot. Thank you for your understanding.
